You know that house down the street that was always a bit of an eyesore? We want that house! We see beauty in that house. There is something about that house that speaks to us and says… “Yes! Buy me!”

We transform houses into homes that we would want our family to live in. We do this by staying involved throughout the entirety of the flipping process — from buying materials we would use in our own home, sourcing contractors we trust, all the way to finding the right homeowner who was meant to be in that house. For us it’s about more than just a “flip.” It’s about people. It’s about neighbors. We live in one house but feel like we have neighbors that span all across town.
